Account Supervisor

Job Description

As an Account Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing the execution of strategic marketing plans, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will lead a team, collaborate with internal departments, and provide guidance to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and project delivery.
• Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns aligned with client goals.
• Oversee day-to-day account operations, including project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Supervise and mentor junior account team members.
• Collaborate with creative, media, and production teams to ensure client deliverables are met.
• Provide regular updates and reports to clients and senior management.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in account management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of marketing and advertising strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and inspire a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
