Telesales Executive

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting products or services, and closing sales deals. The role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Present and explain products or services to potential clients.
• Understand customer needs and requirements.
• Handle customer inquiries and objections effectively.
• Follow up on leads and maintain a sales pipeline.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM software.
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Telesales Executive or similar sales role.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong persuasive and closing abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office.
