Job Description

The Client Sales Officer is responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving sales growth, and providing exceptional customer service. This role involves identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales and Business Development, Identify and pursue new sales opportunities., Develop and maintain a client database. Achieve sales targets and goals set by the management.
  2. Client Relationship Management, Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. , Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions. . Handle client inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely manner.
  3. Market Analysis and Strategy. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities. Develop and implement effective sales strategies. Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales tactics accordingly.
  4. Administrative and Reporting Duties Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services.Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and market trends.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role.
  3. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  4. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  5. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  6. Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
