First Option Marketing Service seeks a dedicated Arabic Speaker with strong fluency in Arabic communication and at least one year of sales experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with clients and prospects using the Arabic language, supporting sales initiatives, and contributing to the company's growth and customer satisfaction efforts. This role demands excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic to effectively convey information, address client inquiries, and ensure a seamless customer experience. In this position, the Arabic Speaker collaborates closely with the sales department to support lead generation, client outreach, and negotiation activities. Although this role does not involve managing a team, the candidate must demonstrate the ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and maintain a positive and professional demeanor. The successful applicant will be proactive in learning about products and services to offer tailored solutions to customers, ensuring a strong alignment with company goals and values.
Responsibilities
 

  • Communicate fluently in Arabic to engage with customers, handle inquiries, and support sales conversations.
  • Assist the sales team in reaching out to potential clients through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
  • Understand customer needs and provide product or service information clearly in Arabic to facilitate sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups using company systems.
  • Support sales campaigns and marketing initiatives by delivering culturally appropriate messaging in Arabic.
  • Collaborate with team members and reports to ensure alignment of sales objectives and strategies.
  • Continuously update knowledge of company products, services, and market trends relevant to Arabic-speaking clients.
  • Provide feedback from customers to help improve service offerings and customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and quality guidelines during all customer interactions.
  • Demonstrate reliability and professionalism in fulfilling assigned tasks and meeting performance targets.
