Business Development Executive

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Business/Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products/services directly to customers. Your goal will be to build strong relationships, identify customer needs, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively engage with potential clients in outdoor and indoor environments, including trade shows, community events, and client visits.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
• Maintain a deep understanding of our products/services and effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and relationship-building.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth in outdoor markets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align outdoor campaigns with sales initiatives.
• Gather customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Flexo/Gravure/Offset printing sales preferably packaging and printing or related industry is preferred or General chemical sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
