Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain sales reports, records, and documentation.
• Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and orders.
• Assist in processing sales orders and ensuring timely delivery.
• Maintain customer databases and update CRM records regularly.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Finance, Operations, and Logistics.
• Monitor sales targets and provide support to achieve business goals.
• Prepare proposals and sales-related correspondence.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Schedule meetings and support the sales team with administrative tasks.
• Contact the leads generated through social media, schedule meetings with potential customers, and hand over qualified opportunities to the sales team for further follow-up.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Technical or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with CRM software is preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM
