Khurshid Impex seeks a motivated and skilled Salesperson to join its dynamic team. This role plays a critical part in driving sales and expanding the customer base by managing customer relationships and generating high-quality leads. The ideal candidate has a bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field, coupled with 1 to 3 years of experience in sales or business development. Preference is given to candidates with exposure to the tyre, automotive, lubricant, or similar industries. This position demands strong communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain long-term partnerships with customers and clients. The ability to work independently with a results-driven approach is essential, as is proficiency in using MS Office and reporting tools to analyze sales data and track progress. In this role, the Salesperson will handle lead qualification and prospecting to identify new business opportunities. The candidate will be responsible for traveling to dealer locations and business meetings to maintain and grow the dealer network. The job requires thorough product knowledge to effectively present offerings and tailor solutions to client needs. Although the candidate will not manage a team, collaboration with other departments to align sales objectives with organizational goals is necessary. Responsibilities
 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and business partners.
  • Generate new leads through various channels and qualify potential customers for sales opportunities.
  • Conduct product presentations and provide in-depth product knowledge to clients to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
  • Negotiate contracts and sales terms to maximize revenue while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Travel as needed to conduct dealer visits and attend business meetings to support and expand the dealer network.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to management using MS Office and reporting tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and supply chain to ensure alignment of sales initiatives and customer requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and follow-ups to manage the sales pipeline effectively.
  • Demonstrate a self-motivated and results-driven approach in achieving individual and company sales targets.
