The ideal candidate has a bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field, coupled with 1 to 3 years of experience in sales or business development. Preference is given to candidates with exposure to the tyre, automotive, lubricant, or similar industries. This position demands strong communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain long-term partnerships with customers and clients. The ability to work independently with a results-driven approach is essential, as is proficiency in using MS Office and reporting tools to analyze sales data and track progress. In this role, the Salesperson will handle lead qualification and prospecting to identify new business opportunities. The candidate will be responsible for traveling to dealer locations and business meetings to maintain and grow the dealer network. The job requires thorough product knowledge to effectively present offerings and tailor solutions to client needs. Although the candidate will not manage a team, collaboration with other departments to align sales objectives with organizational goals is necessary.
