Assistant Procurement Manager

Role Description

We are seeking an Assistant Procurement Manager to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Karachi. The incumbent will be responsible for managing procurement processes, evaluating suppliers, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong vendor relationships. Additional responsibilities include analyzing procurement data, ensuring compliance with policies, and supporting the Contract Management process to drive optimal purchasing strategies and cost-effective solutions.
 

Qualifications

• Core procurement expertise: Proficiency in Procurement, Supplier Evaluation, and Contract Management
• Negotiation and contract handling skills: Strong ability in Contract Negotiation and managing supplier agreements
• Analytical capabilities: Excellent Analytical Skills to assess supplier performance, manage procurement metrics, and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in procurement or supply chain roles is an advantage
• Familiarity with textile or manufacturing industries is a plus
