Manager Artificial Intelligence (AI)

Job Description

To support the development, implementation, and optimization of Artificial Intelligence solutions that enhance business processes, automate operations, and enable data-driven decision making across the organization.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering.
• Additional certifications in Machine Learning, AI, Data Analytics, or Cloud AI platforms will be preferred.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or Advanced Analytics.
• Proficiency in Python or other programming languages used in AI/ML development.

Responsibilities
 

1. AI Model Development & Implementation

Design and support in deployment of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models for business applications.

Support development of predictive analytics and intelligent automation solutions.

• Test and optimize AI algorithms to improve performance and accuracy.

2. Data Management & Analysis

Analyze datasets to identify patterns, insights, and opportunities for AI-driven solutions.

• Ensure proper data preparation, cleaning, and preprocessing for machine learning models.

3. AI Integration & System Support

Integrate AI solutions with existing enterprise systems and applications.

Work with IT teams to ensure seamless deployment of AI tools within the organization's infrastructure.

• Monitor AI system performance and troubleshoot technical issues.

4. Automation & Process Improvement

Identify opportunities to automate manual processes using AI technologies.

Develop AI-based tools that improve operational efficiency and productivity.

• Support digital transformation initiatives through intelligent automation.

5. Research & Innovation

Research emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and tools.

• Stay updated with global AI trends and best practices.

6. Collaboration & Stakeholder Support

Work closely with business units to understand operational challenges and propose AI solutions.

Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams using AI tools.

• Assist in training staff on AI-enabled systems and data analytics tools.

7. Governance, Compliance & Security

• Assist in documentation of AI models, processes, and implementation procedures.

8. Group Companies

Support group companies in implementing the overall Artificial Intelligence strategy aligned with business objective

Strive to enhance operational efficiency, automation, and the overall customer experience across all group companies.

• Promote compliance with AI governance policies and frameworks across all group companies, while supporting the integration of AI solutions into daily operations and business processes.
