About the Role


 

We're looking for a self-driven Content Manager to own content across our client accounts and internal brand. You'll be writing social-first content that represents some seriously influential people and organizations, while also keeping our own brand voice sharp and consistent. If you can adapt quickly, write with purpose, and manage multiple accounts without losing quality, this role is for you.


 

Responsibilities


 

Write and manage social-first content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube for multiple client accountsHandle content for internal accounts, website, and newsletterCreate captions, website copy, and newsletter content tailored to each client's voice and goalsBuild and maintain content calendars for consistent, strategic publishing across all accountsOptimize content for SEO, platform algorithms, and audience engagementAdapt tone and style across a diverse roster of clients including personal brands, coaches, and corporate accountsCollaborate with the design and marketing teams to keep content and visuals alignedSupport occasional ghostwriting needs for personal brand clients when required.


 

Requirements


 

3 to 5 years of experience in content writing or content management, preferably in an agency or publishing environmentExceptional English writing, editing, and storytelling skillsProven ability to write for and manage multiple client accounts simultaneouslyStrong understanding of social media content strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTubeComfortable using AI writing tools while ensuring all output stays natural, humanized, and on-brandBasic to intermediate knowledge of SEO and keyword optimizationFamiliarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms is a plusHighly organized and able to self-manage, prioritize, and deliver without constant oversight
