Behavioral Health Coordinator

About the job

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Behavioral Health Coordinator to join our team and support our Behavioral Health Integration (BHI) program. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about mental health and patient care coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate behavioral health services within the BHI program
• Assist in patient outreach, follow-ups, and care management
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care
• Support administrative and operational tasks related to behavioral health services

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology (BS or MS required)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in healthcare or behavioral health is a plus

Working Hours:

• 5 hours per day (100 hours per month)
• Must be comfortable in working during US Time Zone (between 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM)

Compensation:

• 50,000 PKR per month
