Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Export Documentation Executive, based in Karachi East District. The role involves preparing and verifying export documentation, ensuring compliance with local and international shipping regulations. The Export Documentation Executive will maintain accurate records, coordinate with clients and internal teams, and liaise with customs and shipping agents for smooth operations. Timely communication and troubleshooting will be key aspects of the role to ensure a seamless export process.

Responsibilities

• Proficiency in documentation preparation, verification, and filing
• Understanding of customs clearance processes and shipping regulations
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and similar tools
• Effective verbal and written communication for coordination with clients and teams
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Prior experience in shipping and logistics will be an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field preferred
• 1-3 years of relevant experience
