Role Description
 

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Supervisor Lift at Bahria Town Karachi, located in the Malir District. The Supervisor Lift will oversee the installation, maintenance, and operations of elevator systems, ensuring efficient and safe performance. Responsibilities include supervising technical teams, conducting regular inspections, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and maintaining compliance with safety regulations and standards. The role also involves coordinating with contractors and vendors, scheduling maintenance activities, and ensuring the timely completion of tasks.
 

Qualifications
 

• Comprehensive knowledge of elevator systems, installation processes, and standard maintenance practices
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and technical skills in lift operations
• Sound understanding of safety protocols, compliance standards, and quality assurance related to elevators
• Ability to manage and lead technical teams, effectively scheduling and delegating tasks
• Good communication and coordination skills to work with contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders
• Relevant technical education or certification in elevator maintenance or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in lift supervision or a similar role is highly desirable
• Proficiency in maintaining detailed reports and documentation
• Physical fitness to handle on-site operations.
