Position: Farmers, Ranchers, and Other Agricultural Managers

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $20 - $50/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Oversee daily agricultural operations, including crop cultivation, livestock management, and equipment maintenance.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve yield, efficiency, and sustainability.
• Monitor market trends and adjust production plans to optimize profitability.
• Maintain accurate records related to production, inventory, and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure adherence to industry regulations and safety standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to support operational goals.
• Communicate effectively to coordinate activities and report progress.

Requirements

• Strong experience in farming, ranching, or agricultural management.
• In-depth knowledge of modern farming methods, resource management, and regulations.
• Experience managing teams and agricultural operations or projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with farm management software and remote collaboration tools.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
