Job Description

The Branch Head will provide strategic, academic, and administrative leadership to ensure the effective operation of the school. The role involves fostering academic excellence, managing staff and resources, maintaining a safe and positive learning environment, and building strong relationships with students, parents, and the wider community.

  • Lead and oversee all academic, administrative, and operational activities of the branch.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve institutional goals and growth targets.
  • Ensure high standards of teaching, learning, student services, and academic quality.
  • Recruit, supervise, mentor, and evaluate faculty and administrative staff.
  • Manage budgets, resource allocation, and branch performance indicators.
  • Foster relationships with industry, regulatory bodies, parents, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor student admissions, retention, progression, and placement outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with institutional policies, accreditation requirements, and relevant regulations.
  • Promote a positive learning environment and institutional culture.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–10 years of teaching experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of curriculum development, educational standards, and school administration.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in educational technologies and administrative systems.
