Business Development Intern

Digixsoft is seeking a motivated Business Development Intern to join a dynamic team of 20 professionals. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in market research, customer relationship management, and sales support within a fast-paced environment. The intern will actively contribute to lead generation efforts, client communication, and client acquisition activities, supporting the overall growth strategy of the company. The position requires one year of relevant experience and is designed for individuals eager to develop their skills and learn about business development processes while collaborating closely with a diverse team.
Responsibilities
 

• Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends relevant to Digixsoft's offerings.
• Maintain and update customer relationship management systems to ensure accurate tracking of client interactions and sales activities.
• Assist in generating and qualifying leads through various channels, supporting the sales teams efforts to expand the client base.
• Engage with clients through professional communication to understand their needs, provide timely information, and foster strong relationships.
• Support client acquisition by preparing sales presentations, proposals, and follow-up materials to ensure successful deal closures.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate sales support activities and deliver excellent client service throughout the sales cycle.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies aimed at enhancing client engagement and satisfaction.
• Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills in business development and client management.
• Track and report on business development metrics, providing insights to improve sales processes and outcomes.
• Support and assist in managing a team of 20, coordinating activities, and promoting a collaborative environment focused on achieving shared objectives.
