Job Description

Unitherm Windows & Door System is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand market presence within the building material industry. The ideal candidate has at least eight years of relevant experience and excels in lead generation, sales strategy, customer relationship management, market research, and competitive intelligence. This role involves developing and implementing effective sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, and fostering strong relationships with clients to maximize revenue. Excellent communication skills are essential for articulating product value and negotiating contracts effectively. The Business Development Manager will lead a team of four professionals, guiding their efforts to achieve business goals and supporting skill development. Strong leadership abilities combined with industry knowledge will enable the manager to align team activities with company objectives. Working closely with cross-functional departments, this position ensures that market feedback is leveraged to optimize product offerings and increase customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
 

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to identify new markets and opportunities within the building material industry.
  • Generate leads through networking, market research, and competitive intelligence to build a robust sales pipeline.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients to increase customer retention and revenue growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of four sales and business development professionals to meet and exceed performance targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and operations to ensure alignment of strategies and optimize customer solutions.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare detailed proposals, presentations, and reports to communicate business opportunities and progress to senior management.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to secure profitable agreements while maintaining company standards.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage and recommend innovative practices.
