Fulcrum Pvt Ltd seeks a motivated Corporate Sales Executive to drive business growth through effective corporate sales strategies and business development activities. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelors or Masters degree and brings at least one year of experience in Corporate B2B sales, with a preference for backgrounds in healthcare, insurance, or third-party administration. This role involves direct responsibility for expanding the companys reach within target markets and developing strong relationships with corporate clients. The position requires managing a small team of one person, offering leadership and guidance to meet and exceed sales targets while aligning efforts with company goals. The successful Corporate Sales Executive excels at identifying client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and negotiating contract terms. This professional applies strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain long-term partnerships, contributing significantly to revenue growth. Working closely with marketing and product teams, the executive plays a vital role in coordinating initiatives that support business development and customer acquisition strategies within the corporate sector.
Responsibilities
 

  • Lead and manage a team of one sales staff member, providing direction, training, and performance evaluations to ensure team success.
  • Develop and execute strategic corporate sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
  • Identify and engage potential corporate clients, focusing on sectors such as healthcare, insurance, and third-party administration.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through consistent communication and personalized service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to customize offerings that meet client needs and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable agreements while maintaining company standards.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies and capture new business opportunities.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to inform management decisions and track progress toward goals.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant company policies and industry regulations during sales processes.
