The TAQ Organization is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying new sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth for the company. You will utilize your expertise in customer relationship management and sales prospecting to generate and qualify leads, ensuring that potential clients receive the best solutions tailored to their needs. This position requires effective negotiation skills and excellent product knowledge to successfully close deals and contribute to the organization's overall success. As a Sales Executive at The TAQ Organization, you will actively participate in market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and customer preferences. You must have reliable personal transportation, such as a motorcycle, and hold a valid driving license to facilitate travel for client meetings and sales presentations. Although this role does not include managing a team, you are expected to work independently, manage your sales pipeline efficiently, and collaborate closely with internal departments to deliver outstanding customer service and support.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Conduct sales prospecting activities to identify potential clients and generate quality leads using various tools including customer relationship management (CRM) software and email marketing platforms.
  • Carry out market research and analysis to track industry trends, customer demands, and competitor activities, adapting sales strategies accordingly.
  • Demonstrate thorough product knowledge and effectively communicate the benefits and features of products to customers to facilitate informed purchasing decisions.
  • Negotiate sales terms and agreements with customers to maximize company revenue while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and update customer accounts and sales information accurately within CRM systems to ensure seamless tracking and forecasting of sales activities.
  • Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups, utilizing personal transportation to reach various locations as required.
  • Work independently to meet or exceed assigned sales targets and objectives, while reporting progress to management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer support teams to enhance customer engagement and post-sales support.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and legal regulations, particularly related to transportation and customer interactions.
