Timing: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Location: Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi

Job Description:

We are looking for a Call Center Executive Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Update records and follow up with customers when needed.
• Work efficiently to meet targets and KPIs.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Must have own CNIC and Laptop (Mandatory).
• Age must be under 30 years.
• Rejoiners are not allowed.
• Minimum Intermediate education (completed).
