Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role as a Call Center Representative at TCS Private Limited in Karachi. The Call Center Representative will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional customer support and service. This includes resolving customer inquiries and complaints, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records. The Customer Service Representative will also communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat.

 

Requirements:

1- Fresh graduates

2- Customer service, support, and experience skills

3- Ability to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

4- Good communication skills, including verbal and written

5- Excellent problem-solving skills

6- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping

7- Computer literacy and familiarity with relevant software

8- Fluency in English
