Job Title: Carrier Onboarding Specialist (US Trucking) – Remote

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Carrier Onboarding Specialist with direct exposure to the US trucking industry.


This is a remote, performance driven role focused on onboarding potential clients for dispatch services. We are seeking candidates who already understand the trucking industry and can perform independently without training.


Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to US based potential clients

• Convert leads into active dispatch clients

• Onboard carriers and collect required documentation

• Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain strong communication

• Build and maintain professional relationships with carriers

• Coordinate with the dispatch team after successful onboarding

• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow ups, and onboarded carriers


Requirements:

• Prior experience in trucking sales and/or carrier onboarding role is mandatory

• Minimum 1.5 years of US trucking sales and/or carrier onboarding experience is required

• Direct understanding of dispatch services and load board operations is required

• Hands-on experience with DAT, Truckstop, or similar load boards is required

• Strong spoken and written English for US facing calls

• Ability to work US business hours consistently

• Proven ability to close and onboard carriers independently

• Strong communication, persuasion, and follow up skills

• Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written

• Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively

• Reliable internet connection and suitable remote working environment

General call centre experience or general sales experience will not be considered. Only candidates with direct US trucking dispatch experience should apply.
