Azlanshah Rock is seeking an experienced HTML Programmer with 19 years of expertise to lead and manage a team of 10 professionals. This role focuses on leveraging extensive knowledge of Semantic HTML to create well-structured, accessible, and efficient web pages. The ideal candidate will possess strong foundational computer skills and demonstrate leadership capabilities to guide the team towards achieving high-quality web development standards. In this role, the HTML Programmer is responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of HTML content creation while collaborating closely with other team members and stakeholders. They must ensure that semantic markup is consistently applied to support accessibility and search engine optimization. Managing the team requires excellent organizational and communication skills, fostering a productive work environment that encourages continuous learning and innovation. Responsibilities
 

• Lead and manage a team of 10 HTML professionals, ensuring timely delivery of projects and adherence to quality standards.
• Develop and implement semantic HTML code that promotes accessibility, SEO, and efficient page load times.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and content creators to integrate HTML with CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies.
• Review and maintain HTML code for consistency, accuracy, and optimization across multiple web pages and applications.
• Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and documentation for semantic HTML usage within the team.
• Train and mentor team members to improve their HTML programming skills and enhance overall team performance.
• Monitor emerging web standards and technologies to incorporate appropriate updates into the HTML development process.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HTML code structure and browser compatibility.
• Coordinate with project managers to align development priorities with business goals and client requirements.
• Ensure all web content complies with company policies and accessibility regulations through rigorous testing.
