Job Description

  • Prepare, review & analyze the Accounting records including Book Keeping, Financial Statements and other analysis of Financial Reports to check the accuracy & reliability.
  • Establish Table of Accounts (Ledger) and pass/ assign the entries into proper accounts.
  • Compute & calculate outstanding taxes and prepare the tax returns & other tax requirements as according to Regulations.
  • Should have the complete knowledge of MS office(especially Excel), QuickBooks and other accounting software
  • Apply all accounting standards on financial statement where it is necessary and audit procedure at the time of reconciliation of record.
  • Develop, Record & analyze projected budgets and make a final report or presentation that compare projected and actual cost of the company and access the overall performance at the end of year.

  • Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.
  • Advise on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take
  • Maintain the financial health of the organization.
  • Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the companys actual performance compared to the business plans.
  • Develop trends and projections for the firms finances.
  • Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
  • Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.
  • Manage the preparation of the companys budget.
  • Liase with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
  • Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.
  • Proven experience as Finance Manager.
  • CA -Finalist/ACCA with Articles from reputed Firm. (Mention remaining papers)
  • At least 5 to 7 year Experience in a well reputed organization.
  • Familiar with national and local accounting and taxation policies, proficient in Microsoft office software, Quick Book, and tax filing system.
