Infotech is seeking a motivated and creative Junior UI/UX Front-End Developer to contribute to designing modern, user-friendly digital experiences. This role focuses on supporting the development of responsive, high-quality front-end interfaces by translating design concepts into fully functional web pages. The candidate works closely with business analysts, developers, and project stakeholders to ensure web applications are intuitive, visually appealing, and aligned with user needs and business goals. A solid understanding of UI/UX principles, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design is essential for success in this role. The Junior UI/UX Front-End Developer collaborates in a cross-functional environment, assisting with wireframes, mockups, and prototypes while focusing on implementing front-end solutions that maintain brand consistency and optimize performance. Although team management is not part of this position, the candidate actively engages with project teams to gather requirements, enhance usability, test interfaces, and resolve UI-related issues following best development standards.
Responsibilities
 

• Assist in designing user-centric interfaces including wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to enhance user experience.
• Develop responsive web pages using HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and JavaScript ensuring mobile-first and cross-browser compatibility.
• Translate Figma, Adobe XD, or PSD design files into optimized and maintainable responsive HTML layouts.
• Collaborate closely with developers to integrate front-end interfaces with back-end systems efficiently.
• Support continuous UI/UX improvements and usability enhancements based on user feedback and testing.
• Maintain design consistency related to branding elements such as typography, colors, and overall style.
• Optimize web pages for responsiveness, accessibility, and performance to improve user engagement.
• Participate in requirement gathering sessions and collaborate with project teams during solution discussions.
• Conduct UI testing and assist in resolving layout or interface-related issues promptly.
• Adhere to coding standards and front-end best practices ensuring high-quality code and maintainability.
