Chat Based Sales

We are hiring a Fresh Chat-Based Sales Agent who is confident in written communication and interested in design services. This is an entry-level position, ideal for fresh graduates or candidates starting their career in sales. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand basic customer needs and suggest suitable design services
• Share service details, pricing, and process through chat
• Follow up with leads to support the sales process
• Maintain chat records and basic client information
• Work closely with the design team for smooth project coordination

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply
• Good written English communication skills
• Basic understanding or interest in design services
• Willingness to learn sales techniques and client handling
• Ability to handle multiple chats at once

Shift: 4 PM to 12 AM (for female) & 5 PM to 2 AM (for Male)
Days: Monday to Friday
Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal block 10-A, Karachi.
Fixed salary + performance-based incentives
