Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Computer Operator to manage daily data entry, maintain records, and support administrative operations. The ideal candidate should have good computer skills, accuracy in handling data, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter, update, and maintain company data in computer systems.
  • Prepare and manage reports, spreadsheets, and documents.
  • Verify data accuracy and correct any discrepancies.
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical records.
  • Handle email correspondence and basic documentation.
  • Monitor office systems and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Assist different departments with administrative and computer-related tasks.
  • Perform file management, scanning, printing, and photocopying.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company information.
  • Complete assigned tasks within deadlines.

Requirements

  • Intermediate or Bachelor's degree.
  • 1–2 years of experience as a Computer Operator or Data Entry Operator.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Good typing speed with strong attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of internet and email operations.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
