Dowites78 Operation Theatre Complex is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Marketing and Admin Manager to oversee marketing initiatives and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will lead a team of five professionals, ensuring that marketing strategies align with organizational goals and that administrative processes run efficiently. This role requires a dynamic individual with proven expertise in strategic marketing planning and project management, capable of driving impactful digital campaigns while also handling event planning and office management with precision. The Lead Marketing and Admin Manager plays a pivotal role in coordinating all marketing efforts and administrative tasks, acting as a bridge between several departments to ensure smooth workflow and optimal resource utilization. Effective communication in English, both written and verbal, is essential to engage with stakeholders and guide the team. The candidate will leverage tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and event planning software to maximize outreach and optimize events, while ensuring the office environment supports productive operations.
Responsibilities
 

  • Develop and implement comprehensive strategic marketing plans that increase brand visibility and meet organizational objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of five marketing and administrative staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work culture.
  • Coordinate and execute digital marketing campaigns using platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager, monitoring performance metrics to optimize outcomes.
  • Plan, manage, and oversee events, including coordination of logistics, vendor interaction, and utilization of event planning software to ensure successful executions.
  • Manage daily administrative operations to ensure efficient office management, including resource allocation, scheduling, and office supplies management.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to align marketing and administration efforts with overall organizational strategies and goals.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive reports on marketing campaigns, administrative activities, and budget adherence for senior management review.
  • Ensure effective communication across teams and external stakeholders, providing clear updates and documentation.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt marketing strategies and improve customer engagement.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and operational efficiency.
