Agay Barho is seeking a Corporate Sales Manager with six years of experience to drive our B2B sales efforts focused on banking products. This role requires expertise in developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, generating leads, and analyzing market trends to meet and exceed sales targets. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong skills in pipeline management and market research and has experience working in related fields such as staffing companies, which is beneficial but not mandatory. The position does not involve managing a team but requires close collaboration with internal departments to align sales objectives with overall company goals. The Corporate Sales Manager develops and maintains relationships with business clients, identifies new sales opportunities, and negotiates sales contracts. This role demands a proactive approach to understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions to increase revenue. The individual will utilize customer relationship management tools to optimize lead generation and sales conversion activities. Sales forecasting, competitive analysis, and continuous process improvement are key areas of focus to ensure sustained growth and customer satisfaction in a dynamic market environment.
Responsibilities
 

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve corporate sales targets in the B2B banking products sector.
  • Identify and generate new business leads through market research, networking, and strategic outreach initiatives.
  • Manage and maintain strong customer relationships using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Oversee the sales pipeline to ensure timely follow-up on prospects and maintain accurate sales forecasting.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to create customized sales proposals and presentations for potential clients.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to maximize profitability and build long-term partnerships.
  • Track sales performance metrics and generate reports to inform management decision-making and strategy development.
  • Stay informed of industry developments and competitor activities to maintain the company's competitive edge.
  • Leverage experience in staffing companies to enhance sales approaches and expand the client base where applicable.
