Customer Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Sales Representative to join our team and help drive our sales efforts while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Position Overview: As a Customer Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for potential and existing customers. You will play a crucial role in understanding customer needs, promoting our products/services, and delivering solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Customer Engagement:

Proactively reach out to potential customers and follow up on leads to generate sales opportunities.

Understand customer needs and preferences to provide custom service recommendations.

Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations, both over the phone and in person.

Negotiate terms and close sales deals while adhering to company policies and pricing guidelines.

Administrative Duties:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using our CRM system.

Prepare and process sales orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.

Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product management, to align on sales strategies and promotions.

Continuous Improvement:

Stay informed about service updates, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively address customer needs.

Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade customers effectively.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Salary on Probation: 15,000

Salary after Probation: 25,000
