Responsibilities
 

  • Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels.

  • Listen actively to customer concerns, understand their needs, and offer appropriate solutions or escalate issues when necessary.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Manage multiple customer interactions efficiently while adhering to company guidelines and standards.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve customer complaints and improve service quality.
  • Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in the companys database or CRM system.
  • Adapt to rotating shift schedules and remain flexible to meet the demands of the business.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies to deliver relevant and timely assistance.
  • Demonstrate responsibility and punctuality by adhering to assigned work schedules and attendance policies.
  • Operate independently while maintaining high levels of accountability and attention to detail.
  • Participate in training sessions and continuous learning opportunities to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge.
