Customer Support Representative – US Operations

ABS International is hiring Customer Support Representatives for its US Operations team in Karachi.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
• Deliver excellent customer service and support
• Meet service quality and customer satisfaction standards

Requirements

• Intermediate, O-Level, A-Level, Bachelor's students, or graduates
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills
• Basic computer and typing skills
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Positive, customer-focused attitude

Experience

• Fresh candidates are welcome to apply
• No prior experience required; training will be provided

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: PKR 30,000 – 35,000
