Position Overview

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our US-based customers, providing outstanding service and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a successful career in customer service and client relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions in a professional and efficient manner.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team leaders to achieve service quality standards.
• Follow company policies and maintain professionalism during every customer interaction.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: PKR 40,000 – 45,000

Shift Timing: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
