Key Responsibilities:

Onboard new clients and provide product/service training

Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally

Identify upselling or renewal opportunities

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Customer service or client-facing experience preferred

Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently
