Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills
Minimum 1 year of relevant BPO experience
Experience handling inbound customer calls
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
Basic computer knowledge

Job Details:
Salary: PKR 40,000 – 70,000 (Based on experience)
Shift: USA Night Shift
Working Days: Monday – Saturday
Location: Karachi
