Customer Support Representative

We are looking for motivated Customer Support Representatives to join our evening/night shift team at our Shahra-e-Faisal location. This full-time position involves engaging with international clients through outbound cold calls to generate sales and build lasting customer relationships. The role offers a competitive base salary along with commission opportunities, with average monthly earnings ranging between PKR 70,000 and 80,000. The ideal candidate will be punctual, target-driven, and possess excellent communication skills, ready to start work at midnight.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential international clients with professionalism and persistence.
- Maintain high call volumes while consistently meeting daily, weekly, and monthly key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Handle objections effectively and close sales deals efficiently.
- Accurately document call details and customer information in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize conversion rates and contribute to overall revenue growth.

Required Qualifications
- Fluency in English with a neutral or near-native accent.
- At least six months of experience in cold calling, sales, or lead generation.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Strict punctuality and ability to adhere to shift timings starting at 12:00 AM.
- Demonstrated strong work ethic, respectful attitude, and ability to work well within a team.
- Target-driven mindset focused on growth and continuous improvement.
- Ability to handle rejection gracefully and think quickly under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
