Donor Relations Representative

We are seeking a motivated and personable Fundraising Representative to contact potential and existing donors by phone to secure financial support for our organization. The ideal candidate is confident, persuasive, and passionate about building relationships while promoting our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to individuals to request donations and support
• Clearly communicate the organization’s mission, programs, and impact
• Build and maintain positive relationships with donors
• Accurately record donor information and call outcomes in the system
• Follow call scripts while maintaining a natural and engaging tone
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly fundraising targets
• Handle objections professionally and respectfully
• Ensure compliance with all applicable calling and fundraising regulations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in fundraising, sales, or call center environments is an asset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking on the phone for extended periods
• Persuasive and goal-oriented mindset
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
• Ability to handle rejection and remain positive

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in nonprofit or donor relations
• Fluent in English
• Strong listening and negotiation skills
• MUST be willing to work Eastern Standard Time Zone (EST)

Work Environment:

• Call center or remote work environment
• Fast-paced, target-driven role

Pay: Rs900.00 per hour
