About the Role

Xylen is hiring a Lead Generation Manager to build and lead our lead generation function from the ground up. In this role, you will drive qualified meetings with travel agents and tour operators globally while managing and scaling a remote team of up to 10 outreach representatives. You will own the lead generation strategy, team management, and pipeline results end-to-end, working in close collaboration with our Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end lead generation strategies targeting travel agents and tour operators globally.
• Recruit, train, coach, and manage a team of up to 10 lead generation representatives to hit strict KPIs.
• Build, optimize, and scale outreach processes across LinkedIn, cold email sequencing, and cold calling.
• Own pipeline reporting, tracking conversion rates, and leveraging CRM data to make operational decisions.
• Collaborate with marketing leadership to align outreach strategies with active campaigns and brand messaging.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of proven B2B lead generation experience.
• Leadership: Demonstrated experience managing or leading a team (5+ direct reports strongly preferred).
• Communication: Exceptional spoken and written English proficiency. (Must-have)
• Availability: Must be able to work full-time during fixed UK business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM UK time, Mon–Fri).
• Remote Setup: A quiet work environment with high-speed internet, functional hardware, and a clear backup power plan.

Pay: From Rs75,000.00 per month
