Active8 Wireless is seeking an analytical, detail-oriented, and strategic Manager Reporting to lead our centralized reporting and business analysis functions. In this role, you will oversee the full spectrum of financial reporting, sales performance tracking, financial analysis, data visualization, and operational business intelligence.

You will bridge the gap between raw operational data and executive decision-making by turning complex metrics into actionable insights, dashboards, and structured financial models.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial & Sales Reporting

• Core ownership of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial and sales performance reports.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) including revenue streams, operational expenses, sales conversions, and margin variations.
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and timely distribution of reports to department heads and leadership.

Financial Analysis & Business Intelligence

• Conduct variance analyses comparing actual financial performance against budgets and forecasts.
• Build predictive models, trend evaluations, and scenario analyses to guide strategy and cost-optimization efforts.
• Analyze sales trends, customer acquisition metrics, and revenue leakage to pinpoint growth opportunities.

Data Visualization & Dashboarding

• Design, implement, and manage dynamic automated dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel models.
• Translate complex datasets into clear executive-level visuals that highlight operational bottlenecks and strategic priorities.
• Standardize data structures across sales, HR, customer service, and financial operations.

Department Leadership & Process Optimization

• Lead, mentor, and evaluate the reporting and data analysis team to foster high analytical standards and accuracy.
• Automate manual reporting workflows to improve turn-around times and minimize human error.
• Collaborate with IT and database teams to streamline ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and data pipeline reliability.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Reporting Accuracy & Timeliness: On-time delivery of scheduled reports with minimal error rates.
• Dashboard Adoption: Executive and department engagement with automated self-service dashboards.
• Process Automation: Reduction in manual data compilation hours through reporting automation.
• Insight Impact: Identification of actionable cost-saving or revenue-enhancing opportunities validated by executive leadership.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s or professional certification such as ACCA/CFA/CIMA is a plus).

Experience: 4–6 years of experience in financial analysis, business reporting, or business intelligence, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.

Technical Proficiency:

• Advanced Excel: Master-level skills in complex formulas, VBA/Macros, financial modeling, dynamic arrays, and Power Query.
• Data Visualization: Expertise in Power BI or Tableau.
• Database & SQL: Working knowledge of SQL queries and relational databases is highly desirable.

Analytical Thinking: Strong capacity to interpret financial metrics, spot operational trends, and synthesize raw numbers into strategic recommendations.

Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Pay: Up to Rs200,000.00 per month
