Anfords seeks a dedicated and technically proficient ERP Administrator specializing in Odoo to join the IT / ERP Support department at their Karachi office. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation and maintenance of the Odoo ERP system across multiple business areas including HR, Sales, Inventory, Finance, and Purchase. The successful candidate will have a strong background in ERP workflows and will be responsible for overseeing system stability, user support, customization coordination, and data security. This position also involves proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization to enhance the overall user experience and drive operational efficiency. The ERP Administrator will lead a small team of two, fostering collaboration and effective communication to deliver robust ERP services. Responsibilities include managing system access, coordinating upgrades with developers, training users on best ERP practices, and generating insightful reports to support departmental needs. Candidates should have 2 or more years of relevant experience and a strong problem-solving approach, combined with knowledge of SQL/PostgreSQL databases and familiarity with the Linux server environment.
