Target: $5,000 – $10,000
Salary: 100,000 – 140,000 PKR (based on skills & experience)
Location: North Nazimabad, Block A, Karachi
Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue.
Build and maintain strong client relationships with timely follow-ups.
Convert inbound and Bark-generated leads into successful sales.
Make sales calls and promote the company’s design services.
Identify upselling opportunities to maximize customer value.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing reports to management.
Work closely with sales and design teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in front-end sales, preferably in web, design, or development services.
Proven track record in consultative selling, negotiation, and closing deals.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for achieving sales targets.
Ability to mentor junior team members and contribute to overall growth.
Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple clients effectively.
