Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: Monday – Saturday

About the Role

Al Midrar Institute is seeking an experienced and driven Female Senior Sales Executive (Manager) to lead the sales team, drive revenue growth, and ensure excellent client engagement. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills and a proven sales track record.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Handle high-value clients and close major deals
• Monitor team performance and provide training and guidance
• Maintain and improve customer relationships and retention
• Prepare sales reports and performance analysis
• Ensure proper CRM usage and accurate sales documentation

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: O/A Levels or Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• 2–4 years of experience in sales (with at least 1 year in a leadership/managerial role)
• Strong English communication and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
