Responsibilities
• Prepare monthly management expenses variance analysis (Current vs Previous)
• Prepare quarterly management expenses variance analysis (Actual vs Budget) for Conventional business
• Assist in preparation of Annual Budget of Expenses
• Maintain General Ledger (GL) Codes and Bank GLs
• Conduct branch revenue and cost analysis
• Review Fixed Asset Register (FAR) and Voucher Register (VR) on a monthly basis
• Manage annual utility deduction process
• Support other finance and reporting activities as assigned
