Role Overview

We are looking for a Google Performance Marketing Manager who understands that modern performance marketing is part science, part psychology, and part commercial strategy.
This role is for someone who can connect:
- YouTube with conversions,
- Demand Gen with customer intent,
- Performance Max with profitable scale,
- and data with actual business decisions.
You will work on international fashion and eCommerce brands across GCC, US, UK, and European markets, helping scale campaigns across the full customer journey — from awareness to purchase.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and optimise full-funnel Google campaigns across:
- YouTube
- Demand Gen
- Search
- Shopping
- Performance Max
- Drive profitable growth for eCommerce brands through intelligent media allocation, audience strategy, and performance optimisation
- Develop and manage audience journeys across prospecting, remarketing, and retention stages
- Translate campaign data into meaningful commercial insights — not just dashboards
- Conduct deep performance analysis across:
- ROAS
- MER
- CAC
- Conversion Rate
- AOV
- Customer Acquisition Trends
- Funnel Drop-offs
- Creative Fatigue
- Audience Quality
- Build reporting systems that help both internal teams and clients understand:
- What is happening,
- Why is it happening?
- And what should happen next
- Work closely with creative and strategy teams to improve ad effectiveness through testing frameworks, messaging insights, and creative feedback loops
- Optimise campaign structures, audience signals, feeds, and bidding strategies for scalable growth
- Manage and improve product feed quality through Google Merchant Centre
- Monitor attribution quality and conversion tracking accuracy across:
- GA4
- GTM
- Enhanced Conversions
- Merchant Center
- Google Ads
- Support scaling campaigns across international markets while maintaining efficiency and profitability targets
Requirements
- 4–7+ years of hands-on experience in Google performance marketing
- Proven experience managing eCommerce campaigns at scale
- Strong expertise in:
- Performance Max
- Google Shopping
- YouTube Ads
- Demand Gen
- Search Campaigns
- Remarketing Strategies
- Strong understanding of full-funnel campaign planning and audience sequencing
- Deep understanding of:
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Google Merchant Centre
- Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Conversion Tracking
- Attribution Models
- Feed Optimization
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities through data
- Experience creating advanced performance reports and actionable insights for clients or internal stakeholders
- Experience handling medium to large advertising budgets across multiple markets
- Ability to work within structured agency workflows while moving quickly and accurately

Nice to Have
- Experience working with fashion, luxury, or premium eCommerce brands
- Experience in international agency environments
- Familiarity with first-party data strategies and server-side tracking
- Experience with creative testing frameworks and performance-led content strategies
- Google Ads and Analytics certifications
- Exposure to incrementality testing and media effectiveness studies
