Sales & Marketing Manager – School

We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to lead student admissions and strengthen our school's brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute admission and marketing strategies.
• Increase student enrollment through field visits, community outreach, and partnerships.
• Manage digital marketing and social media campaigns.
• Organize promotional events, school open houses, and BTL activities.
• Build relationships with parents, businesses, and educational partners.
• Track leads, admissions, and marketing performance.
• Coordinate with school management to achieve enrollment targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (Marketing, Business, or related field).
• 3+ years of sales/marketing experience (education sector preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, CRM, and MS Office.
• Target-driven with the ability to work independently.
