Human Capital HR Solutions is hiring on behalf of its client, a leading organization in the Textile Manufacturing industry, for the position of Head of Treasury & Transaction Services (DGM Level). We are seeking a highly experienced treasury professional with strong expertise in cash flow management, trade finance, foreign exchange, banking relationships, and working capital management.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the organization's treasury operations, including cash flow management, liquidity planning, and banking relationships.

Ensure export proceeds, import payments, and foreign currency transactions are settled at the most favorable exchange rates.

Manage export bill discounting, Export Refinance Facilities (ERF), and other trade finance arrangements within approved limits.

Oversee the booking and settlement of forward covers against export and import transactions to mitigate foreign exchange risks.

Maintain adequate credit lines, working capital facilities, and banking arrangements to support business operations.

Coordinate with banks for facility renewals, documentation, negotiations, and allocation of export business.

Review monthly fund projections, investment plans, and ensure the availability of funds for operational and strategic requirements.

Supervise local and foreign payments, accounts payable functions, and ensure compliance with credit policies and payment schedules.

Oversee Provident Fund (PF), Gratuity Fund (GF), Workers' Profit Participation Fund (WPPF), payroll-related tax compliance, and statutory reporting.

Prepare and present treasury reports, fund utilization updates, banking facilities, insurance coverage, and compliance reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

Qualified ACA, ACCA, or CMA.

Experience:

10–12 years of relevant experience in treasury and transaction services with a well-reputed organization.

Mandatory experience in the Textile Manufacturing industry.

Proven experience leading treasury operations in a Head of Treasury or similar senior leadership role.

Experience working in an SAP environment will be highly preferred.
