Bank Al Habib Limited is seeking a skilled and dedicated professional for the role of SE - Survey Operations Desk - Customer Service. This position requires a proactive individual with at least two years of experience in customer service or related operations. The candidate will work independently and collaboratively within a team environment, managing a team of 20 individuals. The role demands strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively handle customer interactions and ensure accurate data management while adhering to regulatory standards and best practices. In this role, the incumbent will oversee survey operations, ensuring smooth processes and maintaining high-quality customer relationship management. The ability to coordinate with various departments and manage survey data accurately is crucial. The successful candidate will foster a productive team environment, guide and support team members, and drive continuous improvement in customer service delivery aligned with Bank Al Habib Limited's standards.
Responsibilities
 

  • Lead and manage a team of 20 customer service professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure team performance meets organizational goals.
  • Maintain accurate data entry for survey operations, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving techniques.
  • Ensure adherence to all applicable regulations, policies, and best practices related to survey operations and customer service.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline survey processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and training to improve skills and service quality.
  • Handle complex customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present operational reports and status updates to senior management.
  • Promote a collaborative team environment that encourages transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
