WE ARE HIRING! Senior Manager – Business Finance

Human Capital HR Solutions is hiring on behalf of its client, a leading organization in the Textile Manufacturing industry, for the position of Senior Manager – Business Finance. We are looking for a qualified finance professional with strong expertise in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), manufacturing finance, cost management, budgeting, and SAP ERP to drive business performance and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans for Production & Supply (P&S) Finance.

Monitor actual performance against budgets, analyze variances, and provide actionable insights to senior management.

Prepare financial analysis, management reports, and performance dashboards for periodic business reviews.

Analyze financial and operational performance of business units and identify opportunities for improved profitability and efficiency.

Review product costing and manufacturing cost analysis, including standard costing, actual costing, and variance analysis.

Partner with operational teams to provide financial insights and support informed business decisions.

Evaluate cost structures, standard costs, and cost drivers to identify opportunities for cost optimization.

Ensure the accuracy of financial data, cost centers, and profit center reporting within SAP.

Provide financial guidance to business units for effective cost control and profitability enhancement.

Ensure timely completion of financial reporting, analysis, and operational finance support activities.

Qualifications:

Qualified ACA, ACCA, or CMA.

Experience:

6–8 years of relevant experience in Business Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), or Manufacturing Finance.

Mandatory experience in the Textile Manufacturing industry.

Hands-on experience working in an SAP-based environment is essential.
