We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Associate to support the daily functions of our human resources department. The successful candidate will be instrumental in recruitment, managing employee records, tracking attendance, and coordinating various HR activities. This role demands strict adherence to company policies and procedures while ensuring the HR operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment processes such as job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.
- Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support attendance tracking, leave management, and assist with payroll coordination.
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation programs for new hires to ensure a seamless integration.
- Help implement and enforce HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines.
- Coordinate employee communications, distribute notices, and manage HR documentation.
- Support performance management activities and assist in organizing training sessions.
- Respond professionally to basic employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in HR; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and general HR operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees and management.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail in documentation.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold professionalism at all times.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
