Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Executive to manage the day-to-day HR functions at our on-site location. This role involves handling recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and HR operations to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate should have experience in HR administration, employee engagement, and compliance while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Source, screen, and interview candidates to fill marketing, tech, and administrative roles.
Manage the end-to-end hiring and onboarding process, including document verification and induction programs.
Maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
Address employee concerns and foster a positive work environment.
Plan and execute team-building activities, training sessions, and engagement programs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
HR Administration & Compliance:
Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and payroll processing.
Handle leave management, appraisals, and performance tracking.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and company regulations.
Performance & Payroll Management:
Assist in conducting performance reviews and feedback sessions.
Coordinate with finance for payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably in an on-site position.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in HR software, MS Office, and payroll systems.
